Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
• Expert knowledge of espresso-based drinks, tea preparation, and other beverage offerings.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant barista certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
