Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service. This includes accurately taking orders, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient interactions. You will also contribute to maintaining inventory levels, preparing food items (if applicable), and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Furthermore, you will actively participate in marketing initiatives, such as promoting seasonal specials and engaging with customers to gather feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of various coffee brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, French press, etc.) and milk steaming techniques.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
• Experience with social media marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to create visually appealing coffee presentations and latte art.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Bilingual proficiency (specify languages).

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and procedures.
• Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and online ordering systems.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) for marketing and customer interaction (preferred).
