Key Responsibilities

As our CTO, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. This includes leading the architecture, development, and implementation of our core telecommunications infrastructure and systems. You will oversee all aspects of IT operations, ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our technology platforms. Furthermore, you will manage and mentor a team of talented engineers and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Budget management, vendor relationship management, and staying abreast of industry trends will also fall under your purview.

A significant portion of your role will involve identifying and evaluating new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance our service offerings. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure technology aligns with business objectives, proactively identifying and mitigating potential technological risks. Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role within the IT and Telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale IT projects and initiatives, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, including VoIP, 5G, and network optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address technical challenges proactively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with business goals.

Technical Requirements

• Familiarity with various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL).
