Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources within the IT and Telecommunication sector. This includes performing statistical analysis, developing data visualizations, and creating comprehensive reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data, providing actionable insights to support business strategies and improve operational processes. You will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all systems. Proactive identification of areas for data improvement and efficiency will also be a key component of your role.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support. This involves translating business requirements into analytical solutions and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. You will be expected to utilize a variety of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software, to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis within the IT & Telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
• Demonstrated experience in data mining, cleaning, and transformation techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and creating compelling data dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with telecom-specific data (e.g., call detail records, network performance data).
• Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL (including advanced querying techniques).
