Key Responsibilities

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs across various media, including print, digital, and social media. This includes developing logos, branding guidelines, marketing materials, website designs, and social media assets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with business objectives and brand strategy. You will also be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and experience with video editing software is a plus.

A key aspect of this role will involve understanding client briefs and translating them into innovative and effective visual solutions. You will be expected to present your work clearly and confidently, explaining your design choices and rationale. You will also actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance our overall design output. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, demonstrably showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to produce high-quality visuals across various mediums (print and digital).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across various applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and creating wireframes and mockups.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience working with 3D modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – demonstrable expertise required.
• Familiarity with various file formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, SVG).
• Experience with color management and print production processes.
