Key Responsibilities

As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in conducting a variety of laboratory experiments, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laboratory technician in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical research setting.
• Proficiency in standard laboratory techniques including pipetting, dilutions, sample preparation, and basic assays (e.g., ELISA, PCR).
• Demonstrated ability to accurately record and analyze experimental data, maintaining detailed and organized laboratory notebooks.
• Experience with handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and autoclaves.
• Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cell culture techniques (e.g., cell seeding, passaging, cryopreservation).
• Familiarity with advanced laboratory techniques such as flow cytometry, microscopy, or chromatography.
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, Excel).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems independently.
• Experience with laboratory instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, pipettes).
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of relevant safety data sheets (SDS) and handling procedures for chemicals and biological materials.
