Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful experience as a school administrator or in a comparable leadership role within a K-12 educational setting.
• Proven track record of improving student achievement and school performance, demonstrable through data analysis and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, staff, parents, and community members.
• Deep understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, and school resources effectively and efficiently.
• Valid state-issued administrative certification or license.

• Experience with diverse student populations and culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of data-driven decision making to improve school outcomes.
• Experience with school improvement initiatives, such as school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports (SWPBIS).
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
• Experience with grant writing and securing external funding for school programs.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative school culture.
• Experience with technology integration in education and digital learning platforms.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with data analysis software and reporting tools.
• Ability to utilize and manage school-related technology and software platforms.
