Key Responsibilities

You will utilize advanced editing software to refine footage, incorporate graphics and sound effects, and ensure a consistent brand aesthetic across all video projects. Proficiency in storytelling techniques and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this role. You will also be responsible for managing video assets and maintaining a well-organized archive.

Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute to the creative development process, offering innovative ideas and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall quality of our video content. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a video editor, demonstrable through a portfolio of high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including advanced knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions, and their implications for different platforms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Experience with video encoding and optimization for various online platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
• Experience working with clients, understanding their needs and providing creative solutions.
• Proficiency in other non-linear editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Understanding of social media video trends and best practices.
• Experience with scriptwriting or storyboarding.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience with various video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, etc.) and codecs.
• Familiarity with color grading and correction techniques.
• Experience with audio editing and mixing techniques.
• High-speed internet access for file sharing and collaboration.
